How To Enter

Prints

Prints should be matted or mounted (c-grade comps excluded). All prints should be no larger than 16 in. x 20 in. including the mount.

Leave your print in the marked box on the stage on the meeting night when it is due. Use of protective packaging that clearly displays your name and member number is encouraged.

Also provide a digital archive for the secretary in the same format as projected images.

Projected Images

Ensure your digital file is a .jpg image and is equal to or less than the maximum allowed dimensions of 1620 pixels wide and 1080 pixels tall.

Ensure your file is named correctly: starting with your 4-digit membership number, followed by the competition abbreviation (same as email entry address) and includes your image title for the judge. An example:

0123-NHPI2-Title.jpg

Send the file to the corresponding entry email address on the left, or bring a copy on CD to the meeting night when they are due.

The email subject line should look the same as the file name. In the message body, include your name and the competition being entered. The image file should be attached (not embedded in the body of the message).
